Runtime Labs
Runtime Labs is an independent research and product company focused on time-grounded language model interfaces. We develop systems that anchor language models in time, location, and events so natural language stays grounded in real-world context.
Óra
Óra is an environment for sharing context and planning with language models on your own timeline. You schedule with natural language and photos; models propose events for your approval, then commit them with location, notes, photos, and websites attached.
Background
My work began with an interest in how brains process auditory information, and in representational alignment between human speech processing and audio and language models. From there, I built tools to bridge audio, neural recordings, and neural network embeddings in time.
This work took me from David Poeppel's lab at NYU to helping launch Laura Gwilliams's lab at Stanford.
That work led me to build interfaces for time-based human-computer interaction, moving from early experiments toward building Óra as a platform for long-term planning and social coordination.
